Here we have the 40+ age category. This category featured the most surprising styles and technques.

 

1st prize goes to Bethan, age 42 from the UK.

 

The judges really enjoyed Bethan's submission with it's beautiful pencil colouring and the Halloween 'revamp' by adding witches hats, pumpkins and ghostly eyes in the bushes.

 

And the Runners Up are...

 

 

Alfredo, age 66 from Argentina - Runner Up - A Simon's Cat key ring

 

The judges really appreciated the gentle hand painted technique in Alfredo's entry.

 

 

Rebecca, age 47 and a half from UK - Runner Up - A Simon's Cat key ring.

 

Rebecca's entry really stood out to the judges with it's bright and vibrant application of felt tip. The judges found the addition of a ? very humourous too.

 

 

Silvia, age 41 from Italy - Runner Up - A Simon's Cat key ring.

 

Silvia's entry was another one that really stood out. It's psychadelic nature with neon pinks shows a really fun alternative Simon's Cat world.

 

The whole Simon's Cat Team loved the fact that the eldest entry was 71 1/2 years young! Both the eldest and youngest entries will be sent a Simon's Cat key ring.
