Starting with the youngest first. Above is Teddy. He is a loving and very courageous cat, not at all intimidated by the older three despite being the last to join the household. He loves taking high positions from which he surveys the scene. I say more about the history of Teddy in this post: If I stay really still...

 

 

 

Next is Hugh. If you've seen the Simon's Cat film 'Cat Man Do', you've actually already seen Hugh, as he was the inspiration for that film. And as that was the first appearance of Simon's Cat, Hugh is actually the original inspiration for the whole of Simon's Cat! You'd think he'd look happier knowing that this website was made in honour of his likeness.

 

 

 

Now it's Maisy's turn. The matriarch of the pride. The first thing you'll notice if you meet her in person is that she is HUGE. I've nicknamed her the 'Snow Leopard' because she loves playing in the snow and because I really think she has some essence of wildcat in her. In the picture above she's showing how agile she still is despite her size.

 

 

 

And finally Jess. Old Jess. She's the wisest of the bunch. She can usually be found sunbathing in the best locations in the house and garden. Unfortunately Teddy is learning fast from her and often tries to steal her spot. She's not as active as she used to be, but she's still very happy and loves the garden.
